We at the present time have 11 staff members working with us here at Heart of God Kenya, 4 of which live and work in the western part of Kenya in the Kitale area. The staff in Meru are both working with the children and some as teachers in Neema Bible College.  Without these faithful men and women of God Pat and I could never continue on forward with the vision God has put before us.  We praise God for each of the dedicated people, as they are a blessing to us, the children and the body of Christ!

Victor Kiogora is our director of Neema Bible College in western Kenya and  is the Ministry assistant treasurer.  He along with James, Joseph, and Obed as fellow teachers  in Neema Bible College and laborers in the kingdom are doing incredible things for God in that part of Kenya.

Stanley Kaburu is  oversees the Bible colleges for us over in the Meru, Central Kenya area. He is also the Ministry Assistant Secretary.  Also at present he is Pastoring the church in Maua.

Josephine Kinoti, is both a teacher of the children in the primary school, but is the Ministry secretary.  She is amazing at organizational things and at keeping us all organized and on trac, especially me  (mike)

We have Teresa who oversees the overall functioning of our family and is also the Ministry Vice-Chairman

Joyce, is one of our childrens worker and teachers

Raymond is our Ministry Praise and Worship Director, and also a teacher of Neema, along with helping out with the children.

Harriet is our cook.   And that is no small task.  We cook outside over and open fire fueled by firewood and feed between 30 and 40 people 3 times daily.  This is not easy, but Harriet is very hard working and a great cook!  And she serves it up always with a smile

God has truly blessed us with these men and women who have come along side us and have enhanced and advanced the calling on Pat and my life.   And then we come to the children.  ..........

Since 2003 Mike and Pat Heiser have been inviting children from the streets to their home  for PATHWAYS — where they  have  Bible Study, hot food and other activities.

As the Holy Spirit guides them, the Heisers have invited some of these children to come into their home and join their family.  What a great privilege it is to share Jesus with them and see God transforming these street-smart teenagers into Spirit-led Christians. Currently "Mama Pat and "Papa Mike have 22 of these children living with as their family

In our residential home these  children-

1.  Have  good wholesome meals

2.  Learn to live and work together as a family

3.  Have daily Bible studies

4. Receive education from wholesome-loving teachers (we do have a primary school operating under the direction of Reverend  (Mama) Pat.

5. Are equipped to spread the love they have received to others

In addition Reverend Mike and Pat Heiser planted Heart of God Fellowship Church in 2005, and today there are 2 Heart of God Kenya Churches.   One in Meru and one in Githongo

In January 2007 they founded and started NEEMA BIBLE COLLEGE in Meru.   Now there are 4 locations in the Meru area and 7 locations over in Western Kenya with a total of 200 students actively engaged in discovering and maturing in who they are in Christ.

We at the present have 10 Kenyans actively working with Mike and Pat at Heart of God Kenya and we praise   God for them
