Quiet! Clever! Obedient! Eric is the kind of kid everyone wants except his mama. She threw him into the streets when her new boyfriend moved in with her. Fortunately he found out about PATHWAYS – our daytime programs for street children. Bewildered and confused Eric came to us. Within a few days his mama came to Sunday Worship Service rejoicing that we had him. Reluctantly we agreed to keep him but pray that she would choose Eric instead of her friend. However Eric has been with us this past 2 years without contact with his mama. If we reject him, sadly his mama would just leave him on the streets to fend for himself. His is a good-natured, hard working boy who was a victim of adult selfishness.
